Monetize your participation

I am an Exhibitor. How can I monetize my participation in Expo Portugal Textiles, Stationery & Gift?

1 - Announce your participation in the event to all your clients and potential clients as early as possible. The more visitors you have at your stand, the greater the likelihood of closing deals with them.

2 - If possible, invest in a well-designed stand. The most expensive stands are not always the most effective and eye-catching. Remember: less is more. Lighting is essential. Have a well-lit stand and, if possible, adorned with your company's corporate image.

3 - Do not want to expose your entire company if you do not have space for it. It is important that your clients move around your stand and interact with your displayed products. When you go to buy a new car, are you not immediately invited to sit inside and try it out? Here, the technique to use is the same.

4 - Use the tools that the event organization provides you with. They are free and are excellent ways to attract your customers to your stand at Expo Portugal Print:
a - Use the banners intended to be placed in the signatures of your emails, on your website and in your newsletters.
b - Send invitations to your entire database: current and potential clients. Do this 1 month before the event date, so your clients can plan their travel and perhaps their investment. Send digital invitations via email and distribute printed invitations along with your correspondence and through your sales force.
c - Participate in the Official Catalogue of the event. It has been proven that visitors keep it for months after their visit to the fair. If your presence is highlighted, you will have greater and better chances of being contacted.

5 - Depending on the size of your stand, have enough staff available so that all visitors are properly attended to and informed about the products on display.

6 - Be original. Besides, the traditional business card, which will just be one among the dozens that the visitor will receive throughout the fair and will provide a merchandising product that distinguishes you from the other exhibitors: a bag or a trolley for transporting catalogues, original packaging, etc.

7 - Provide a receptacle where visitors can leave their business cards. If you can't attend to/clarify them, you won't lose that contact.

8 - Have tables and chairs available at your stand so that you can sit down calmly with your clients to close deals and/or contracts. If possible, have something to offer them at that moment, such as water, tea or coffee.

9 - Exhibiting at fairs involves many hours of work, sometimes without breaks. Therefore, be prepared and wear comfortable shoes, and have something to eat and/or drink in case work increases.

10 - If you need assistance, our team is at your disposal and is happy to help you make your participation in the Expo Portugal Print Packaging & Labeling a great success.
